5). Each Treasure Seeker will be allowed 3 chances at providing the Final Location. If the correct Location is not provided by the third try, no further access to the Treasure Hunt Web Site will be allowed. Re-entry to The Tournament will be possible for Members if 3 attempts at providing the Solution have failed. Check the Special Re-Entry Page that will appear if the third Solution attempt fails.

6). Every "Secret Treasure Hunt Page" is protected by advanced security encryption code. Only paid up Members will be allowed entry. Members will be provided with a special ID Number for each Tournament. Access to each Page will require inputting Membership Entry Data each and every time.

7). Only the Treasure Webmaster will know the Solution to each Tournament. The answer will NOT be available to any other person in the Corporation, family or friendship circle or otherwise of the Treasure Webmaster. Stringent security measures have been taken to ensure absolute 100% fairness for each Tournament. The only way to win will be to identify all the clues and locate the Treasure using your powers of observation and lateral thinking.

8). Only one Treasure per Member will be issued for each Tournament. The decision of the Treasure Webmaster will be final in all adjudications or disputes, should they arise. The security code structures will identify cheating, and any such attempts at deception or hacking by any Members or their associates will result in immediate disqualification and possible prosecution.

9). The Treasure Web Hunt Tournaments will employ a different method of locating the Clues to the Treasure each time. Members should save their notes as text files, and be prepared to email them to The Webmaster [should any disputes arise regarding the integrity of the method(s) used in finding the Final Treasure]. This will apply to each and every Treasure Web Hunt.

10). Every conceivable effort has been made to ensure Members thoroughly enjoy each Treasure Hunt. The Main Treasures are always large cash payments, and will be paid by Cashier's Cheque, at the close of each Tournament. The Treasures will become bigger and better with each new Hunt.

11). All Treasure Web Hunt Tournament are open to everybody except employees and family members of Treasure Web Inc & Associate Companies, and employees and family members of Companies directly involved with this Web Site and its hosting and technical support partners, as already known by Treasure Web Inc. You each know who you are. If you are discovered entering any Tournament, you will be immediately disqualified.

12). Once the last Winner has been identified, the Treasure Hunt Web Site will close, and Members will receive notification of the next Tournament by email. Their names will be published on the Public Start Page, unless they elect to remain anonymous when they first sign up for entry. Our special custom software will monitor every Member's Treasure Hunting, and will record the order in which each Treasure is found. This will identify each Member that succeeds, and define the corresponding size of each Cash return, together with the other Gems and Pearls to be awarded.
